The commission can be expected to be finished within 1 week to 1 month.
Will depending on factors such as complexity of request, availability and other ongoing commissions.If you are unsure on how much longer it will take, be sure to ask.I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any request.Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order.
Client will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed.
I will have full right to refuse any service to the client in the future.PROCEDURE
1. Fill up the commission form located in the carrd or info post.
- You can contact me through social media if you have any inquiries regarding the commission. Main social media will be twitter but I will also check Pixiv DM’s from time to time.
2. If your request is accepted, I will DM you through the provided social media handle.
3. I will provide you with a sketch and if approved, I will proceed with payment by sending an invoice via paypal.
4. For full work, if payment is not completed within a week, your commission will be cancelled.
5. For sketch commissions, payment is upfront. I will still send you the sketch for approval before colour.
6. The finished product will be sent via google drive link through email or social media DM’s.THEMES
I will draw:
- Fanart
- OC’s
- Preference towards female characters
- Swimsuits and similar are great too!I will not draw:
- Furry (distinguished from kemonomimi)
- Gore
- Another person’s artstyleI will only do simple backgrounds but currently backgrounds are not my strong suit. The only backgrounds i will do are:
- Skies
- Simple Nature
- Simple interiors
- Simple exteriors
- Graphic designsThere will be no backgrounds for sketch commissions.If you want me to draw in my older style, you can request as such.PRICING
The prices listed are only the base price.
It may be subject to change depending on:
- Complexity of character design
- Commercial usage
- Additional characters
- BackgroundsCommercial usage will be subject to a 30%-50% increase of the base price.
- Individuals or small businesses will only be charged a 30% increase.
- Larger businesses will be charged a 50% increase.If a character design is particularly complex, it will incur a 5-10 USD charge.At most only 1 additional character can be added per drawing.
It will be subject to a 50% increase of the base price.
Additional characters only count as such if they are contained within the same canvas/drawing.
If the character is required to be on its own separate canvas, it will be counted as a separate Commission
And will be subject to full pricing.Backgrounds will incur a 10-40 usd charge depending on complexity.
Simple graphic backgrounds won't incur any cost.NSFW will incur a 50% charge increase based on the initial price.REVISIONS
Each commission will only be allowed 2 revisions.
The revisions can only be done in the sketching phase. For sketch commissions this is only before the colouring phase.For full work, no revisions after the sketch has been approved.The revisions will only be minor:
- It cannot change the major aspects of the drawings such as character, the whole pose, perspective and costume.
- Minor changes such as hand position or adjustments to clothing, expressions or similar is permissible.COPYRIGHT
I will hold the right to use the commissioned work for personal use.The client will hold the right to use the commisioned work for any non commercial purpose such as reuploading on social media platforms as long as:
- credit is provided.
- don't claim the artwork is yours.
- alter the work in any forms.
- Do not on any circumstances submit my artwork to art contests.For commercial use, upon payment of the commercial use fee, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the commissioned work for the agreed commercial purpose. Credit must still be provided. I retain the original copyright of the work.Client does not hold the right to use the work in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.In addition, Client does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.
